Senior Business Intelligence Executive

- Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and other business metrics.

• Produce ad-hoc analyses and business insights to support commercial, operational, and financial initiatives.

• Use business acumen and analytical thinking to identify, validate, and prioritize users data and reporting needs.

- Data Management & Data Pipeline

• Collect, prepare, and transform data from multiple business sources and systems.

• Design, maintain, and improve data pipelines and automated data workflows.

• Verify and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy prior to data loading and reporting.

• Proactively improve current data architecture, reporting processes, and automation capabilities to increase efficiency and reliability.

- Data Governance & Centralization

• Support initiatives to standardize and centralize master data management across functions.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to collect, standardize, validate, and maintain high-quality data.

• Contribute to establishing and maintaining a reliable single source of truth for enterprise reporting and analytics.

• Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and reporting consistency.

- User Support & Stakeholder Management

• Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, reports, and data discrepancies.

• Provide user training and ongoing support for Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure reporting solutions remain relevant, scalable, and user-friendly.

- Data Domains: The role will support analytics and reporting across multiple business domains, including:

• Market data

• Store operations data

• Financial data

• Sales and inventory data

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.

• 4–5 years of experience in a related field

• Fluent in DAX, Python, SQL, Excel.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and report optimization.

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Management roles, preferably within the retail industry.

• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders across functions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
