Contribute to the sustainable growth of the business segment through researching, developing, implementing, and evaluating business programs. Ensure the effectiveness and operational optimization of these programs
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall growth strategy and plan to achieve key business results for assigned product lines
- Directly negotiate and develop big banks, own the client relationship
- Work with internal departments within Mobifone Digital Payment (MDP) (especially Marketing and Product department) to make the - proposal for Partners as well as make sure all alignment implemented successfully
- Analyze client data and understand industry benchmarks, business trends and opportunities to recommend the most effective growth strategies
- Understand and improve key account indicators, including client satisfaction, revenue goals, targets, profitability, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within MDP to assemble client-facing presentation materials
- Create additional value by expanding engagement scope and identifying new opportunities for our clients
- Develop a metrics tracking plan, ideate around future growth opportunities, and pitch key features and tests to the client
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (College/University graduate or above).
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in Banking/Fintech.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing large accounts/strategic partners (C-level exposure is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of digital payments, financial services, and market trends.
- Skilled in analyzing client data, financial metrics, and industry benchmarks to drive growth strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Effective communicator with a proactive and structured working style.
- Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and handle multiple priorities.
