Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Development professionals (Vietnam Market - onsite) from the Forex/CFD industry who already operate within an established revenue generating ecosystem.

This role is designed for proven industry professionals who already have:

  • An active client portfolio / client book
  • Established IBs, affiliates, and partner networks
  • Strong regional market presence (Vietnam)
  • Experience in managing or growing IB/BD structures

This is a senior-level onsite leadership role focused on expanding PU Prime's presence in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth across Vietnam market
  • Manage and expand IB, affiliate, and partner networks
  • Activate and convert existing client portfolios into trading volume
  • Recruit and onboard high performing IBs and partners
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (deposits, volume, revenue)
  • Build and execute regional growth strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with key IBs and high value partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and regional teams for campaigns and events
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in SEA region

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Forex/CFD industry (mandatory)
  • Must have active IBs / affiliate network
  • Must have existing client portfolio (verified revenue history preferred)
  • Proven leadership in BD/IB/affiliate structures
  • Strong track record in revenue and trading volume generation
  • Deep understanding of brokerage operations and IB ecosystem
  • Fluent in English (Vietnamese is a strong advantage)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Vietnam
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
