Senior Business Development Manager

Company Description: LiT Strategy is a Singapore founded boutique strategy advisory firm which specializes in providing consulting services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), MNCs, NGOs and NPOs. We are currently expanding our operations in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Development initiatives in Vietnam
• Lead the operations and team building operations in Vietnam
• Expand professional network in the target market, increasing potential client reach
• Improve company brand presence in the target market
• Conduct on the ground business lead generation with local businesses and stakeholders, identifying viable collaboration opportunities
• Support and suggest improvements for strategies to drive continuous business growth
• Support project delivery
• At times, act as an intermediary between clients in Vietnam and the main office in Singapore
• Achieve assigned KPIs to fulfil business growth
• Liaise with clients (Up to C-Suite)

The Ideal Candidate Should:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related fields
• Have 15+ years of professional experience in Business Development / Consulting in any field
• Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Be proficient in spoken and written English, and fluent in Vietnamese
