Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients/customers with hiring needs for Tech Talents (e.g., Software Engineers, QA/QC, Business/Data Analysts, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, and IT Management professionals).
  • Focus on IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services, primarily targeting the Vietnam market (90%) and APAC regions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via meetings, calls, and messaging channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal and company guidelines using approved templates.
  • Monitor contract progress and proactively handle urgent or unexpected situations with appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery) to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Support other tasks as required to achieve overall business development goals.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in IT Staffing or IT Outsourcing is a must.
  • English communication skills: at least intermediate level (able to handle client conversations).
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
