We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Development Executiveto drive growth in ourB2B payment solutionstargeted atlogistics, import/export, E-Seller, and international trade businesses.
This role requires a strong background inbusiness development within thelogisticsor trading sector, deep understanding ofcross-border payment challenges, and the ability to consult clients ondigital payment solutionsthatoptimizetheir international operations.
You will play a key role inexpanding our B2B client network,building strategic partnerships, anddeveloping tailored payment solutionsfor importers, exporters, andlogisticsservice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifyandacquirenew B2B clients in thelogistics, trading, and import/export sectors.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, finance, procurement,logisticsmanagers).
- Understand clients operational and payment pain points toconsult on digital cross-border payment solutions.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company in relevantindustry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, International Trade, Finance, or Logistics.
- 35 years of experiencein B2B sales or business development, preferably in:Logistics, Global E-commerse, Freightforwarding, import/export, orFintech / payment solutions for B2B clients.
- Proventrack recordin developing andmaintainingkey client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding ofinternational trade processes,cross-border transactions, andB2B payment flows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- English proficiency isrequired(both written and spoken)
