AWING is a coalition of leading experts in technology development and marketing, committed to unlocking the immense potential of mobile marketing on data platforms like free Wi-Fi. As a leader in the field, AWING MEDIA specializes in Wi-Fi marketing, providing strategic brand communication consulting, advertising, and the deployment of high-speed, free Wi-Fi infrastructure in premium locations nationwide. To enhance our service offerings, AWING has integrated our proprietary AWING Campaign Management (ACM) software with various free Wi-Fi deployments, creating a vast advertising network for medium and high-end clients.

AWING receives substantial investment from NTT e-Asia, which will become its strategic business partner to facilitate AWING's expansion in the ASEAN region. With this partnership, AWING will gain access from, technology support, and market development initiatives from NTT e-Asia, ensuring it has the necessary resources and expertise to thrive in the competitive ASEAN market.

JOB PURPOSE

The role focuses on business development for B2B advertising services on the AWING channel, with potential advancement to Business Unit Leader based on competencies and performance.

JOB DETAILS

1. Business Development and Networking:

  • Identify and target potential new B2B clients interested in advertising services on AWING channel.
  • Build and expand the client network, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct research to identify potential new clients, approach and engage with prospective businesses, and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Develop and nurture sustainable relationships with B2B clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and repeat business with the company for advertising services on multiple channels.

2. Customer Needs Analysis and Consultation:

  • Analyze the advertising needs of B2B clients, provide expert advice, and develop tailored advertising to meet their objectives across AWING channel.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, consult on contract signing, and oversee the execution and performance of campaigns on AWING channel.

3. Coordination and Support:

  • Collaborate with and support other team members and departments to ensure the successful completion and optimization of advertising campaigns and projects on AWING channel

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (preferably candidates with experience in Marketing, Media, Sales).
  • Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with business clients.
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn and explore) marketing concepts.
  • Proficient in presentation, consultation, and teamwork skills.
  • Positive energy, flexibility, and persistence
