Our Partner are looking for an experienced Domestic Steel Business Development professional to join an international trading company and drive business growth in Domestic's steel market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with domestic steel suppliers and downstream customers.
- Manage and grow business with distributors, manufacturers, and construction contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, order planning, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with steel mills and partners.
- Monitor steel market trends, pricing, inventory, and industry policies to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage payment collection and minimize commercial risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in domestic steel sales or business development in Vietnam.
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese steel market, supply chain, and commercial practices.
- Hands-on experience with one or more product categories such as HRC, CRC, Rebar, Structural Steel, Galvanized Steel, or Color-Coated Steel.
- Existing networks with steel mills, distributors, contractors, manufacturers, or procurement teams is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage key customer relationships.
- Good understanding of pricing strategies, payment terms, and credit risk management.
- Fluent English or Chinese but Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
