Job Description
ShopeePay is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Hanoi. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of ShopeePay across various industries and merchants. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a dynamic and ambitious team:
- Identity and approach assigned external partners and support them in onboarding & collaborating with ShopeePay.
- Coordinate internal & external stakeholders and work across departments, key account managers, business intelligence, and other marketing functions for SPP & merchants campaign execution.
- Gather market insights from partners/ competitors and assist on data tracking & analysis on marketing campaigns performance to provide insights & recommendations for campaign optimization such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns performance.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently with excellence, on time, and within budget.
- Support team lead to compose proposal of new business opportunities & sale push planning.
- Completing other jobs assigned by the team lead and manager.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years experience with a bachelor degree related to business field is a preferred.
- Having interest and knowledge in Fintech/Tech field, merchant acquisition, performance marketing.
- Good verbal & written skill for external & internal communication and reporting. In which, verbal English communication is a plus.
- Have ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint (required).
- Data-driven, logical thinking, good problem solving skill and growth mindset.
- Ability to multitask, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team-player.
