Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber, strategically minded Senior Business Development Executive with 4+ years of experience to lead our market expansion in Vietnam's booming cross-border e-commerce sector.

The ideal candidate is an industry insider who deeply understands the Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) ecosystem and possesses a strong grasp of global fintech/payment infrastructure (including platforms like Payoneer, WorldFirst, PingPong, and LianLian). In this role, you will not just close individual leads, but secure high-value Amazon FBA enterprise accounts, manage strategic partnerships, and position our brand as the premier financial/operational partner for Vietnamese exporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Market Expansion: Design and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting top-tier Amazon FBA sellers, large-scale manufacturing exporters, and e-commerce aggregators across Vietnam.
  • Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales: Manage the complete sales pipeline for high-value accounts—from sourcing and high-level negotiation with C-suite executives to contract finalization and onboarding.
  • Financial & FX Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to major FBA sellers. Analyze their cross-border payment flows, international FX exposure, and capital requirements, positioning our fintech solutions (competing with or leveraging Payoneer, WorldFirst, PingPong, etc.) to maximize their profitability.
  • Alliance & Partnership Building: Establish and nurture high-impact partnerships with local Amazon Service Providers (ASPs), e-commerce training academies, logistics providers, and trade promotion government bodies (e.g., VIETRADE).
  • Key Account Growth: Oversee the initial scale-up phase of onboarded accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell solutions.
  • Mentorship & Market Intelligence: Provide local market insights to product and regional leadership teams to help adapt our offering. Mentor junior sales reps as the local team expands.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience:Minimum 4+ years of proven success in B2B Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, specifically within Fintech, Cross-Border E-Commerce, or International Logistics.
  • Domain Mastery: In-depth, practical knowledge of the Amazon FBA business model, including payout structures, supply chain financing, and store operations.
  • Fintech & Payment Infrastructure: Thorough understanding of how Vietnamese sellers utilize global digital wallets (Payoneer, WorldFirst, PingPong, etc.) to handle multi-currency revenue, VAT collection, and supplier payouts.
  • Established Network: An active, warm network of large-scale Amazon sellers, e-commerce community leaders, and industry partners in Vietnam is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English (essential for reporting and global stakeholder alignment).
  • Skills: Strong executive presence, advanced negotiation capability, and a data-driven approach to sales pipelines (CRM mastery)
