Work Location: No. 1 Tran Huu Duc Street, Tu Liem District, Hanoi

Working Hours: 8:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30, Monday to Friday

Role Description

1. Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis; develop BRD, FRS, user stories, and prototypes.
• Design end-to-end business and system solutions, including system integration and data flows across platforms.

2. Business Review, Evaluation, and Improvement

• Review, validate, and guide project and product solutions proposed by team members.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specification documents for projects and products.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of product features and support AMs and PMs in system acceptance and customer handover.

3. Training & Management Activities

• Deliver knowledge sharing and training for junior Business Analysts and project team members.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role within software development companies.

Language: English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650, IELTS 5.5, or higher.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including business function modeling, UML, and use case development.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) design.
• Proficient in application product prototyping.
• Excellent documentation, customer communication, and solution presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of ECBA, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certifications is an advantage.
