Senior Business Analyst - Transportation vertical works in collaboration with Senior Transportation Vertical Manager to execute projects that will tackle several critical challenges for be Group Ridesharing that impact Vietnam such as Principle, Pickup, Experience, Product Launches among other key pillars with a deep analytical approach. We aim to ensure an optimal user experience when using be Group's rides service in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify growth opportunities and generate initiatives to improve performance across the Transportation vertical (Business & Operation performance)
- Monitor and manage vertical performance against defined business KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, performance gaps; propose recommendations and deliver the implementation to achieve the KPIs
- Continuously search and update market intelligence (industry trends and competitors)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketplace, Operations, Marketing, Data Science, and other teams to deliver strategic initiatives and performance improvement projects
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and market intelligence
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to support vertical and company objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business or similar field
- 4+ years of experience in Ride hailing, Strategy Consulting, Business Intelligence or similar background in a large business or growing a startup is expected, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellence in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI platforms).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. You will have experience dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real-world
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across multiple departments
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving KPI targets
- Self-starter with high ownership, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset.
