I. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand feature requirements, product goals, and priorities.
- Align with CTO on technical solutions, then translate these agreements into clear, structured documentation for developers and testers to follow.
- Break down high-level feature concepts into clear, detailed tasks for the development team.
- Create documentation such as: User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows & Data Mapping, Functional Specifications, Checklists for feature readiness and deployment
- Coordinate with developers and testers to clarify requirements and resolve issues during the build and testing phases.
- Track feature progress within the squad, ensuring delivery is aligned with agreed timelines and priorities.
- Maintain traceable communication so that requirements and changes are clearly documented and accessible.
- Support the Product Owner in validating features post-development and ensuring they meet business needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of squad processes and documentation standards.
- Prefer ability to perform basic API testing (e.g., using Postman) to validate integrations and ensure data accuracy.
II. Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a product or technology environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and squad-based workflows.
- Strong skills in breaking down complex requirements into structured tasks for developers.
- Experience with writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process diagrams.
- Ability to understand basic backend logic, APIs, and data flows.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Notion for documentation and task tracking.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and resilient in working through changing requirements.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payment systems
- Ability to query databases (e.g., SQL) for requirement validation.
- Understanding of data visualization tools like Metabase.

- For transport, lunch: 800.000 VN/month
- Salary and Job level review: Every 6 months, salary can be discussed based on performance
