Role Description The Senior Business Analyst (ERP, Accounting & Workflow) will be responsible for analyzing and redesigning business processes, with a strong focus on accounting, finance, and ERP workflows. This full-time, on-site role in Hanoi involves working across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to understand end-to-end processes, identify gaps, and design optimized To-Be workflows.

The role requires a strong understanding of how business transactions flow through operations, approval, accounting entries, reconciliation, general ledger, and reporting. The Senior Business Analyst will define business rules, accounting mappings, approval flows, system controls, and automation opportunities, rather than simply documenting existing user requirements.

Key responsibilities include documenting functional specifications, process flows, and business requirements; working with technical teams on ERP solution design and system integration; supporting testing and implementation; and continuously improving workflows to reduce manual work, duplicate data entry, reconciliation effort, and operational risk.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes,

Strong Business Process Analysis and Workflow Design skills, including As-Is analysis, To-Be design, business rules, approval flows, controls, and exception handling.

Solid Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, identify root causes, document use cases, and define functional specifications.

Ability to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and system-driven controls.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, MISA, or similar platforms is highly beneficial.

Experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, accounting systems, or business process improvement is preferred.

Familiarity with BPMN, system integration, APIs, data mapping, or SQL is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
