ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyze and document business and user requirements for card management systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses for new projects.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development and third-party teams to implement solutions.
- Create and execute test scripts and plans.
- Deliver user training for new systems.
- Prepare reports and documentation for change requests.
- Manage card platforms such as Vision Plus, JCB, and Visa.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree preferably in information technology or technical areas
- From 5+ years of experience in system development and business analysis
- Handon experience in banking/financial service domain
- Experience with Card Application is a big plus (Cards platform, Vision Plus, JCB, Visa platform, etc.)
- Knowledge of card issuing, acquiring, and related processes
- Understanding of regulatory procedures in retail banking
- You demonstrate strong communication and people management skills.
- Good communication skill, especially in English language
