Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Building Finishing Supervisor, based in Vung Tau City,, Vietnam. The Senior Building Finishing Supervisor will oversee the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising FFE carpentry and building envelope and watertightness completion works, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing day-to-day site operations to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in Carpentry and expertise in finishing construction work
- Experience in Building Maintenance
- Excellent Communication skills for coordination with stakeholders and teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and construction standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in modular, prefabricated, or high-precision construction is a plus
