Job Description

Reports to: Marketing & Medical Education Manager

In Vietnam, Urgo Medical has been the market leader in Advanced Wound Care since 1995. Today we are entering our most ambitious chapter yet: reinventing our model, launching new healthcare projects, and expanding the solutions we bring to clinicians and the patients who depend on them.

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager of our Chronic Wound Care products — who will set the direction and command the brand from strategy through flawless execution. The incumbent will also own the reimbursement and patient-access agenda across the entire AWC (Advanced Wound Care) portfolio, in close partnership with the Reimbursement, Market Access & Hospital teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Branding

  • Brand strategy, end-to-end: Architect the Brand Plan for the Chronic Wound Care franchise — PI (Pressure Injury), DFU (Diabetic Foot Ulcer) & LU (Leg Ulcer) — from vision to flawless execution.
  • Launch excellence: Lead the pre-launch and launch of assigned brands with a sharp, winning go-to-market strategy that captures share from day one.
  • KOL ecosystem: Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build trusted, long-term relationships with the internal and external stakeholders who shape clinical practice.

Reimbursement Project:

  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Hospital, Market Access, Reimbursement and Government Affairs teams to solve business challenges & unlock opportunities for reimbursement across the entire AWC portfolio.
  • Co-build Challenger materials and tailor messaging that articulate and win stakeholder conviction on the value of reimbursement for patients, HCPs, and hospitals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in different roles of commercial healthcare leadership (Brand, Field Force, Key Account, Market Access Management)
  • End-to-end product launch and/or challenger transformation experience is highly preferred.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biotechnology; Master's/MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic and hands-on — strong strategic thinking with sharp project management and flawless execution.
  • Entrepreneurial under pressure — thrives in ambiguity and embraces change; proactive, self-motivated team builder.
  • Strong presence in presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Fluent in English.
