Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qun 7; THCMC for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions. The role also includes supporting project management, conducting data analysis, and improving processes to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and creating documentation
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in technology/software development or education-related projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
