Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving business growth through the development of strong commercial partnerships within the travel ecosystem. The focus is on identifying opportunities, converting deals and delivering revenue results, particularly in group, meetings and incentive travel segments.
The position works closely with key partners to activate demand, execute joint initiatives and turn market opportunities into confirmed business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through travel trade and corporate partners.
- Conduct sales meetings, commercial presentations and negotiations to secure group and incentive travel business.
- Deliver assigned revenue and business development targets through structured sales activities.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and bids for group travel opportunities.
- Coordinate required documentation and processes to support confirmed business execution.
2. Partnership Management & Market Activation
- Build and manage long-term relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hospitality partners and booking platforms.
- Initiate and execute joint sales and marketing initiatives to drive market consideration and conversion.
- Collaborate with partners across multiple markets to expand demand channels and business reach.
3. Commercial Projects & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead assigned commercial or market development projects from planning to execution.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to align on commercial objectives.
- Monitor performance and market response to refine sales and partnership strategies.
Job Requirement
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree; business, commerce or marketing preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or commercial roles.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation or related B2B sectors is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and manage partner-driven sales pipelines.
