JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Senior Java Backend Developer who not only excels in technical implementation but also demonstrates a strong product mindset,business understanding, and ERP experience. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling product features while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices that serve core business functionalities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and scalability.
- Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Contribute to the development of ERP modules or similar enterprise systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile development, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 5 years of experience in JAVA (Highly preferred)
- Strong experience in designing and developing production-grade web applications.
- Strong background in RESTful API development and microservice architecture.
- Proficient in working with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL/PLSQL.
- Developed based on Spring, Spring Boot F/W, Spring MVC...
- Prior experience working on product development, especially ERP or enterprise systems.
- Good grasp of business logic and ability to understand business goals behind technical requirements.
- Familiar with development tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and implementation.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Be proactive and responsible at work.
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to technical and non-technical team members.
- Proven track record of managing time efficiently, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing workload.
- Be passionate about technology, eager to learn, and driven to contribute to a dynamic and creative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a cross-functional team.
