About the role:
- Title: Senior Backend Engineer
- Location: Remote in Vietnam
- Salary range: 40,000,000 - 70,000,000 VND, depending on skills and seniority

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain APIs using Golang (Gin) or Python (FastAPI).
- Optimize backend systems - from database queries to architecture-level performance.
- Work with containerized services using Docker and Containerd.
- Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to ship features quickly.
- Contribute to infrastructure by helping implement and manage IAC with Terraform.
- Own what you build from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience with either Golang/Gin or Python/FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, including performance tuning and working with ORMs.
- Solid grasp of Docker and container-based development workflows.
- Proven ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
