Senior Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and microservices

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs

• Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance server-side applications

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Conduct code reviews and support junior developers when needed

• Implement authentication and authorization such as JWT, OAuth2, and SSO

• Ensure application security against SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, and other vulnerabilities

• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical planning

• Work with DevOps teams on deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines

• Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of professional back-end development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, NestJS, Express.js, Laravel, Django, or FastAPI

• Strong experience in RESTful API and/or GraphQL API development

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis

• Strong knowledge of SQL optimization and database performance tuning

• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached

• Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Strong understanding of system security, authentication, and authorization

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ

• Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack

• Knowledge of serverless architecture and cloud-native applications

• Agile/Scrum working experience
