Senior Automation Test Engineer

- Define and own test automation strategy across mobile apps, backend services, and integrations

- Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and data layers

- Identify high-risk areas and critical user journeys, and ensure they have proper automated coverage

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing

- Analyze test results and drive quality improvements, close coverage gaps proactively

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to improve system reliability and release confidence

- Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing

- Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tooling

- 5+ years in test automation, with strong hands-on experience designing automation solutions

- Proven experience testing across multiple layers: UI, API, and system integration

- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional product teams

- Possesses most of the following skills: Python, Appium, GitLab CI, Playwright, Jenkins, and a strong mobile development and test automation strategy

- Experience in microservices architecture

- Familiarity with performance testing or test data management

- Background in fintech, banking, or high-scale systems

- Professional working English
