Design, develop, and maintain a scalable automation framework for native mobile applications (iOS & Android) using Appium, Java, TestNG, and Allure Reports.
Automate end-to-end test scenarios for advanced mobile app capabilities, including smartwatch integration, geofencing, location tracking, SOS, and real-time device interactions.
Build and execute API automation using RestAssured to validate backend, mobile, and device integration flows.
Integrate automated testing with Xray (Jira) and Atlassian MCP servers to enable AI-assisted test management, traceability, and workflow automation.
Execute and scale test automation on BrowserStack real devices for cross-device and cross-OS coverage.
Utilize Playwright MCP and AI-enabled tooling to support cross-platform validation, test intelligence, and automation augmentation where applicable.
Leverage GitHub Copilot AI throughout the automation lifecycle to accelerate framework development, scripting, refactoring, and maintenance.
Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable execution, reporting, and fast feedback loops.
Collaborate effectively with Australian-based teams in a fast-paced, agile delivery environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong focus on native mobile automation (iOS & Android).
Hands-on expertise with Appium, Java, TestNG, RestAssured, Allure Reports, Xray, and BrowserStack (real devices).
Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch for mobile and integrated systems.
Working knowledge of MCP servers, including Atlassian MCP and Playwright MCP, to enable AI-driven QA workflows.
