Job Description
Technology & Automation (60%)
- Lead logistics technology initiatives, including workflow automation, system enhancement, AI deployment, and digital transformation projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy internal applications, AI-powered tools, chatbots, dashboards, and automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms or self-coding capabilities.
- Identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive implementation and adoption of automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Python-based tools, AI Agents, LLM applications, and related technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI solutions to improve operational productivity and decision-making.
- Manage technology project roadmaps, implementation timelines, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Establish best practices for automation governance, system documentation, and solution scalability.
- Logistics & Operations Excellence (40%)
- Monitor and improve reverse logistics KPIs, including Return Compliance Rate, Recycling Rate, Loss Prevention, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational performance.
- Support control tower visibility and operational monitoring through data-driven insights and automation.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Automation, Digital Transformation, Technology Operations, Product Operations, Business Systems, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Python, or equivalent tools).
- Familiar with project management frameworks, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP) and AI-power tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance planning and hands-on operational execution.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Vietnam e-commerce and logistics landscape is highly preferred.
