1. JOB OBJECTIVE
- Lead a group of operations of employees in meeting functional as well as overall company goals targeted at achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Develops both software and hardware solutions of manufacturing machine and process monitoring equipment to increase the speed and efficiency of such equipment.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Control
- Establish goals, scope, approach and schedules to achieve the company objective.
- Attend project meeting and assign manpower for the project.
- Monitoring and follow up team member daily work task and project assigned.
- Buyoff and approve all the electrical wiring design and material list.
- Make sure all the electrical wiring is prepared before production starts.
- Monitoring for production stock and store inventory for control component
- Troubleshoot production related problems on the production line with view toresolve them.
Automation
- Create and maintain a control program for manufacturing equipment.
- Write and develop a program based on customer and management requirements.
- Run and operate machine, ensure the machine run according to the specification.
- Debugging, troubleshoot and fix the machine, according to the specification.
- Provide customer service and when it is needed.
- Provide training to the new recruit programmer.
- Utilizes hardware and develop software to control and improve the efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
- Modifies and retrofits more advanced and reliable software and hardware into manufacturing equipment to ensure more consistent quality output.
- Assist fellow departments and subsidiaries, in any way the Department can, to the best of its ability.
- Report on project status on timely manner and attend meeting with project team.
- Carry out projects assigned.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Engineering in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the automation field, able to work independently without any supervision.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in using AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring design, motion control andtroubleshooting.
- Possess both breadth and depth of functional responsibility and have strongcommunication and action-orientated skills.
- Experience in C, C++, SQL (database) and Visual Basic Programming. Knowledge in Control Programming
- Aggressive, creative & self-motivated.
