What You'll Bring

  • Domain requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience as automation engineer in steel industry.
  • Solid understanding about steel processing (hot rolling, cold rolling, process line). Experience with cold rolling is a plus.
  • Technical requirements
  • PLC programming: at least 5 years of experience with CodeSys platform PLC, or other PLC platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi,..).
  • SCADA programming: at least 3 years of experience with CodeSys platform SCADA, or other SCADA platforms (AVEVA, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi,..).
  • Industrial protocols: EtherCAT, Profibus/Profinet, Modbus, OPC DA/UA.
  • Other requirements
  • English: good at read/write technical documents and English communication.
  • Responsibility and teamwork.
  • Willing to work under high pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite/abroad.
  • Team lead and/or project management experience is a plus.
