Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in legal services offer comprehensive legal solutions and advice to internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining compliance with regulations and minimising legal risks. These individuals provide strategic guidance and support across various industries.
In legal specialties at PwC, you will focus on legal support and advice across specific areas of law, confirming compliance and mitigating legal risks for the organisation. Your work will involve a wide range of specific legal matters and collaborate with different teams to drive business objectives.
Main duties:
Provide legal consulting services to local and foreign organisations on all aspects of Vietnam laws (corporate services, commercial contracts, labour, real estate, banking, mergers and acquisitions, etc.);
Supervise / manage projects and ensure projects are delivered on time/budget, meeting client expectations;
Develop / manage client relations in the legal consulting environment;
Develop relationships with potential clients;
Conduct the junior staff coaching and performance appraisals.
Requirements:
University Graduate with a major in Law;
At least 3 years or more of work experience in foreign law firms or prestigious Vietnamese law firms;
Excellent English writing and speaking skills;
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner;
Ability to work effectively either independently or in a team;
Ability to communicate with all levels of management in an organisation and manage client relationships at all levels confidently;
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
