Senior Associate – Accounting Services

This Senior Associate – Accounting Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Đà Nang. The role includes the preparation of financial statements and reports, managing bookkeeping, handling compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting clients with advisory services. The Senior Associate will also assist in financial analysis, payroll processing, and internal audits to ensure operational and fiscal accuracy. Collaboration with both clients and internal teams is essential to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services.

• Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and payroll processing
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory services
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws in Vietnam is a plus
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required
