Job Description:
1. Drive Insight-to-Growth Engine (User & Commercial)
- Adopt a consumer-centric and data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities across user lifecycle and business performance
- Liaise closely with Consumer Intelligence (CI) and BI teams to analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and commercial metrics (TPV, transactions, feature adoption)
- Translate insights into actionable growth levers, balancing user growth with business impact and unit economics
2. Drive Growth Across Retention, Monetization & Product Adoption
- Plan and execute initiatives to drive user retention, transaction frequency, and TPV growth across CRM, in-app placements, and campaigns
- Support product feature initiatives to improve adoption, usage depth, and cross-product engagement
- Continuously optimize growth funnels (activation → retention → monetization) through testing, performance tracking, and iteration
- Monitor and improve unit economics by balancing growth efficiency, cost, and user quality
3. Foster Cross-functional Collaboration to Deliver Growth
- Work closely with Product, BI, Operations, Marketing, and Regional teams to execute and scale growth initiatives
- Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines to drive business impact
- Support structured performance tracking and communication to ensure visibility on growth outcomes and key drivers
Requirements:
Must have
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, or analytics (preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or tech)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong execution capability with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) with clear cross-functional communication
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with performance tracking (e.g., funnel, retention, TPV)
Nice to have
- Experience in CRM, campaign execution, or in-app growth initiatives
- Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, or performance marketing
- Ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives, with strong slide-making and data visualization capabilities
