Job Description

Job Summary:

This position will support the development and execution of integrated communication activities including community activities to enhance corporate reputation, engage stakeholders both internal and external. This role involves working across departments and external stakeholders to deliver corporate messages/objectives through engagement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external engagement activities
  • Support coordination of internal communications initiatives to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams (MKT, HC, FIN, ACC, Legal, subordinates) to ensure the consistency of corporate projects/program messages
  • Support the organization of Corporate internal events such as town hall, AGM, CSR
  • Help track and report on KPIs of internal engagement initiatives and community activities
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading communication materials such as emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
  • Help maintain and update the company's intranet, website, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, press briefings, town halls, and internal campaigns.
  • Track and compile media coverage and help prepare regular reports on communications activities and metrics.
  • Support internal communications by helping distribute announcements and managing email campaigns.
  • Assist in the production of visual materials such as graphics, videos, and infographics (optional depending on skillset).
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, designers, and media monitoring services.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing communication files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role preferred.
  • Strong speaking, writing, editing, and event organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of communication principles and digital tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design or CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of autonomy.
