MONQ is a creative company based in Korea, partnering with global companies such as LG, Samsung, and Hyundai Motors Group to handle comprehensive advertising campaigns. MONQ VIETNAM, a subsidiary of MONQ, was established to carry out global advertising and campaign projects covering the Southeast Asia region. We are now recruiting the founding members to join MONQ VIETNAM's journey, starting in 2024, to achieve a Quantum Jump.

[Main Responsibilities]
- Analyze client issues from a visual perspective and develop creative concepts as solutions.
- Create key visuals that clearly communicate the creative concept in proposal decks.
- Collaborate with internal team members to establish the overall creative vision based on a thorough understanding of campaign strategy.
- Work with external teams to deliver creative outputs, overseeing quality control throughout the process.
- Contribute to the development of the company's marketing and brand strategies to support new business opportunities.
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent certification.
- Over 5 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency, with a proven track record of leading key visual development, creative concept creation, and final output delivery for IMC campaigns.
- Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create visuals using AI tools. Skilled in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote, with strong presentation capabilities.
- Solid understanding of the full process of marketing communicationsincluding strategy, creativity, execution, and performance measurementacross IMC and social campaigns.
- Knowledgeable in producing creative assets for both online and offline, including interactive marketing communications.
- Strong art direction and communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality creative outcomes through collaboration with external teams.

[Benefit]
- Salary: negotiable
- Insurance according to Vietnamese laws
- 100% probation salary (2 months)
- 4.5-day workweek on the first Friday of each month (half-day)
- Less than 1 year of service: 1 leave day per full working month (up to 12 days)
- 1+ year of service: 15 annual leave days

[Employment Details]
- Employment Type: Full-time (following a 2-month probation period).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
