Our client is a leading development consultancy in the Asia-Pacific region, providing architectural and engineering design services for building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Senior Architects will additionally lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Architecture.
- Architect: Relevant professional experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
- Senior Architect: Minimum 8 years of experience, valid Architectural Design Practicing License, and high-rise building project experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
