Position: Senior Architect

Working location: Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage design and documentation for projects from basic design through construction/ Ch tr v qun l thit k v tin cc h s k thut cho cc d n t giai on thit k c s n khi thi cng.

Ensure all designs comply with Vietnamese building codes and project standards/ m bo mi thit k tun th cc quy chun xy dng Vit Nam v tiu chun d n.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to maintain design integrity/ Phi hp vi cc n v t vn, k s v khch hng m bo tnh thng nht ca thit k.

Mentor architects and contribute to a collaborative studio culture/ Hng dn cc kin trc s cp di v gp phn xy dng vn ha lm vic cng tc ti studio.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• This position is open to Vietnamese citizens only
• 5+ years of experience working on diverse architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.
• Strong proficiency with Revit
• Solid understanding of design standards, building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Good English communication skill is a plus
• Have experience and are capable of coordinating with various design disciplines, as well as with clients, investors (owners), contractors, and operations teams
• Experience in selecting finishing materials for construction projects.
