Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About The Team

The Supply Solutions team is accountable for managing inventory, ensuring fulfillment excellence, and overseeing order management from global origins to retail markets. We are dedicated to driving direct import sales growth and unlocking value by ensuring inventory is available while reducing holding, shipping, and production costs. We collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve operational efficiency, optimize the supply chain, and meet all sales, in-stock, and inventory goals.

About The Role

You will utilize deep analytical skills to translate strategic objectives into daily execution, troubleshoot complex constraints, and provide the performance data and insights necessary to optimize supply solutions. You serve as a critical liaison, ensuring alignment and clear communication between our global sourcing network and retail market partners.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and execute supply chain processes to ensure optimal inventory levels, in-stock rates, and cost efficiency across designated categories for retail markets.
  • Conduct detailed operational and financial data analysis to generate critical insights that inform and influence cross-functional decision-making (e.g., Sourcing, Retail).
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and drive the resolution of critical supply chain constraints, order exceptions, and system issues, escalating risks as necessary.
  • Actively contribute to the formulation, development, and implementation of operational strategies and policies aimed at achieving key business KPI goals.
  • Support the development of demand fulfillment strategies with key domestic and global suppliers, ensuring adherence to performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sourcing, Retail, Logistics) to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and effective demand/supply balancing.
  • Provide analytical expertise to identify opportunities for cost reduction and actively contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across core processes and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current operational plans and projects to ensure business needs and fulfillment requirements are consistently met.
  • Serve as a primary communication facilitator, supporting the creation and delivery of training materials and documentation on inventory management best practices for suppliers and internal partners.
  • Support the development of robust methods and dashboards necessary to accurately track, measure, and report departmental and supply chain KPI performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain execution, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related fields. Preferred: Experience working for US Retail, a major brand, or an importer/agent serving major U.S. retail customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in core supply chain management concepts and their practical application.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively solve complex operational problems.
  • Ability to effectively contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional planning, organizing, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on achieving key objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with or experience utilizing AI-powered tools for enhancing supply chain processes and efficiency.
