Position Context
Critical:- Handle confidential and sensitive company information professionally.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential market risks.
- Drive alignment and follow-up actions across teams
Rountine:
- Review and assess potential cases related to Safety, critical vehicle functions.
- Track field action progress and analyze field action data.
- Maintain investigation documents and ensure timely follow-up of actions.
- Lead assigned projects and support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced global environment.
Position Overview
- Working in a global team environment
- You will work closely with Aftersales team and also the Engineering and Plant teams to handle critical field issue.
- Good personal skill to become the glue that bonds the working team together with strong organizational skills.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automotive quality or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic understanding of automotive systems
- Experience with quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why)
