Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Working location: Etown Cong Hoa, Tan Binh Ward, HCMC
Relevant experience: >5 years experience as AI Engineer
Gross salary: up to 75M (depend on performance)

1. Skillset for Domain AI/Genai
Technical AI/GenAI Expertise
- Proficiency in common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their practical applications
- Understanding of MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model deployment, monitoring)
- Proficient in Python language products or platforms
Scouting & Analysis
- Ability to research and compare external AI services vs. in-house global context
- Quick assessment of feasibility, ROI, and total cost of ownership for AI
- Prepared to provide clear, objective reports
Containerization & Deployment
- Strong Docker skills (image creation, Dockerfile optimization, container orchestration)
- Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools (optional but highly beneficial)
- Capability to package AI components with minimal overhead, guaranteeing straightforward handover to the team or third-party deployment teams

- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to convey complex technical topics to non technical stakeholders
- Experience working with distributed teams and adapting to time zone differences
- Regular status reporting and proactive information sharing
