Senior AI Engineer (Speech)

Zalo AI Lab is looking for an exceptional Speech AI Engineer to tackle speech challenges, which will serve and helps millions of people get things done. You will be a team player who researches leading edge technologies for large scale, low latency systems and deliver them as applicable products.

What you will do

• Work closely with an active and talent team to research and propose efficient architectures for speech processing challenges;
• Build high-performance and high-quality speech synthesizer, enhancement and recognition models;
• Be responsible for data analysis, training, evaluation and related deployment systems;
• Utilize machine learning technologies for speech processing;
• Non-stop looking for new state-of-the-art approaches and open-mind to the differences;
• Stay on time and deliver exceptional products.

What you will need

• At least 3 years of experience building live speech recognition, speech synthesis, or speech enhancement products;
• Passionate about working with speech challenges;
• Master deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with TensorRT and TensorFlow Lite is a plus;
• Strong programming skill in Python, C++ or Java;
• Strong communication skills and a strong growth mindset.
