Key Responsibilities
AI-Based Automation:
- Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions that automate complex workflows (BA, coding, QC, etc.) using tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Workflow Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the software development lifecycle, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
LLM Integration:
- Research and implement large language models (LLMs) to enhance automation, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning for specific use cases.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to design, prototype, and test AI agent solutions that address real-world challenges.
Performance & Reliability:
- Optimize AI agents for performance, reliability, and scalability while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI agent tools, frameworks, and best practices, sharing insights to continuously refine the automation strategy.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, present ideas, and deliver clear
documentation of AI agent workflows.
Workshop & Knowledge Sharing:
Conduct workshops and presentations to share best practices, train team members, and promote AI agent solutions across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, ideally focused on AI,
- automation, or workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) to build end-to-end solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into applications (including prompt engineering and fine-tuning).
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), but open to strong programming backgrounds in other languages such as Java, Node.js, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and develop efficient, AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present ideas effectively, conduct workshops, and share knowledge in a clear, engaging manner.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of model deployment best practices, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI/automation solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or similar technologies for integrating AI agents.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
