Type: Full-time & in-office.

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive the development of advanced AI solutions in the fintech domain. This role focuses on building agentic AI systems, applying cutting-edge technologies, and delivering impactful AI-driven products. The position requires both strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of product development.

• Build and enhance Agentic AI systems with real-world fintech applications.
• Take ownership of product development, from technical design to UI/UX input.
• Apply the latest AI and machine learning technologies to ensure product competitiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to transform innovative ideas into working solutions.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or backend engineering.
• Strong background in NLP, LLMs, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vertex AI).
• Proficiency with RAG, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Background in product companies, or mixed experience with both product and outsourcing.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with vision models.
• Knowledge of MCP and A2A.
• Web development experience.
• Exposure to fintech, finance, insurance, or banking products.

Monday to Friday, office-based with a 1-day work-from-home option per week.
