Role Description

The AI Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City. This position is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges and enhance AI-driven applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. The AI Engineer will perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to improve model performance, while continuously researching the latest AI technologies, machine learning techniques, and research advancements to drive innovation. The role also involves optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency using cloud-based resources and distributed computing frameworks, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting AI-related issues, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of AI-powered applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful machine learning or AI projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, including Python, R, or Java, with hands-on experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
• Hands-on experience in AI domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI-related fields.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques for machine learning projects.
• Solid understanding of mathematical foundations relevant to AI, including linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative software development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
