Senior AI Engineer/ Expert AI Engineer, Security

As Vingroup's digital shield, VinSOC continuously updates, researches, and analyzes the latest cyberattack trends; tests and applies advanced technologies to strengthen defense capabilities and enable fast, accurate threat detection and incident response.

In addition, VinSOC focuses on developing AI-powered security solutions to optimize monitoring efficiency and automate cybersecurity operationscontributing to the creation of a secure, sustainable, and forward-leading technology environment in the digital era.

1. Position Responsibilities

• Research and develop Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models to solve complex cybersecurity problems, such as intrusion detection, malware analysis, and anomaly behavior identification.
• Design, build, and deploy large-scale AI systems to process and analyze security data in real-time.
• Optimize the performance and accuracy of AI models, ensuring stability and efficiency in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing cybersecurity products and services.
• Continuously evaluate, test, and improve algorithms to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.

2. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of AI/ML/DL, including proficiency with popular frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, attack vectors, and defense mechanisms.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on AI projects, with a strong preference for experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Preferred Qualifications:

o Experienced in real-world cybersecurity projects.

o Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, OSCP) or AI/Machine Learning (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure certifications).

o Experience working with big data technologies.

o Published research papers or contributions to open-source projects relevant to the field.
