Job overview:We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions across Computer Vision, OCR, Multimodal AI, and Generative AI. You will work on challenging real-world problems involving image understanding, document intelligence, voice processing, and large language models while building scalable AI services that power production applications.
This role requires a strong foundation in Machine Learning, software engineering, and API development, with the ability to bring research into production.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for production applications.
- Develop Computer Vision solutions including:
- Object Detection
- Image Classification
- Image Segmentation
- OCR and Document Understanding
- Face Recognition / Anti-Spoofing
- Image Similarity and Retrieval
- Build intelligent OCR and Document AI systems for structured and unstructured documents.
- Develop Multimodal AI applications combining images, text, voice, and large language models.
- Build voice-enabled AI systems using Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Voice AI technologies.
- Develop and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models using techniques such as LoRA, PEFT, and prompt engineering.
- Design scalable inference pipelines and AI microservices.
- Develop RESTful APIs or gRPC services for AI model serving.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, throughput, memory usage, and production reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end AI features.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and rapidly prototype new AI technologies.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production AI systems.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of modern Computer Vision architectures, including CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViT), DETR, YOLO, and SAM.
- Experience with OCR technologies and document processing pipelines.
- Experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with Multimodal AI involving image, text, and voice.
- Experience building AI inference APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI models using Docker and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices including Git, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
