Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer/AI Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead the architecture and technical direction of AI/ML, LLM, and Agentic AI systems
Drive design decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions
Review AI system designs and code to ensure quality and best practices
Mentor and guide AI engineers, promoting technical excellence

AI & ML Engineering

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems for production environments
Architect and implement LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference optimization
Design and develop Agentic AI systems with planning, tool usage, memory, and autonomous workflows
Work with large-scale datasets (Big Data) for training, inference, and analytics
Integrate AI models into applications via APIs and microservices

MLOps & Production

Design and maintain MLOps pipelines for training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
Ensure production readiness: performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and system health in production
Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on deployment and infrastructure

Required skills:

5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles

Strong proficiency in Python for ML development, data processing, and automation

Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or similar)

Proven experience building Agentic AI or autonomous AI workflows

Experience working with Big Data and large-scale data pipelines

Strong experience with MLOps, including:

o Model lifecycle management

o CI/CD for ML

o Monitoring and retraining strategies

Experience designing and deploying AI services as APIs or microservices
