Job Description

Coder Trove is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable AI systems for our FinTech platform. This role requires strong hands-on expertise and architectural thinking especially in agentic AI and large-scale LLM platforms.

You will help shape our AI strategy, design production-grade systems, and deliver intelligent automation for invoice financing and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and build scalable LLM-powered and agentic AI systems
  • Design multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and RAG pipelines
  • Lead AI platform architecture, observability, and governance
  • Integrate AI into backend infrastructure and APIs
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and cost across model providers
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
Core RequirementsAI & LLM Systems
  • 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production experience
  • Strong Python expertise
  • Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Multi-LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with fallback/resilience design
  • Experience with evaluation & observability tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, etc.)
Architecture & Backend
  • Experience designing scalable AI platform architecture
  • Strong FastAPI or Django experience
  • Secure API design (auth, RBAC, key handling)
  • Docker (Kubernetes a plus)
  • Event-driven or real-time systems knowledge preferred
Security & Leadership
  • Understanding of prompt injection defenses and AI security best practices
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives

Nice to Have
  • AI SaaS platform experience
  • React / Next.js / TypeScript
  • FinTech domain experience
  • Agile/Scrum environment
