The Senior AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI modelsand applications that support real business use cases across multiple industries.
This role is hands-on and development-focused, with strong emphasis on building high-quality, production-ready AI solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
The position works closely with AI leads, Data Engineers, MLOps teams, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into reliable and scalable AI applications.
Responsibilities:
AI Model Development
- Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Build and implement AI use cases such as:
- Predictive analytics, scoring, forecasting
- Recommendation and personalization engines
- Fraud detection and risk analysis
- NLP, GenAI applications, AI chatbots and assistants
- Computer Vision solutions (if applicable)
- Fine-tune pre-trained models and LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Conduct model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.
Application Development & Deployment
- Develop APIs and AI-powered services for integration into enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with MLOps teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Monitor model performance and support improvements post-deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, scalability, and security.
Data Collaboration
- Work closely with Data Engineers on:
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Dataset validation and quality control
- Participate in model validation, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, especially in GenAI and LLM ecosystems.
- Explore and evaluate new AI frameworks, tools, and libraries.
- Contribute to internal technical knowledge sharing and coding standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in production environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms
- Model evaluation metrics and optimization techniques
- LLMs and prompt engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- NLP/GenAI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
- Familiarity with:
- MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, deployment workflows)
- RESTful APIs and microservices integration
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
International AI Certifications (Required / Strongly Preferred)
Candidates should hold at least one recognized international AI certification, such as:
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute Certification
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP)
Additional cloud or data certifications are an advantage.
