We're hiring Agentic AI Developers to build LLM-powered, autonomous agent systems for real-world products. This is a hands-on role, working directly with founders, product owners, and investors in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you'll do
- Design & build agentic AI systems (multi-step workflows, tool-using agents, autonomous execution)
- Develop LLM-powered applications using GPT-style APIs
- Build backend services & APIs to support AI workflows
- Implement automation pipelines (data ingestion, processing, orchestration)
- Integrate third-party tools, databases, and internal systems
- Debug, optimize, and improve reliability of AI-driven workflows
- Translate product requirements into working AI solutions
What we're looking for
Must-have
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js
- Experience building LLM-based applications
- Proven experience with agentic workflows (tool calling, orchestration, reasoning)
- Familiar with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Strong critical thinking & execution mindset
Nice-to-have
- Experience with AI automation tools (Zapier, n8n, custom pipelines)
- Deployment experience (Docker, Cloud)
- Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Background in early-stage startups or agencies
