Purpose Support the commercial growth of assigned small to mid-sized brands within M-Commerce. Own P&L responsibility for these brands, managing daily sales, promotions, and platform relationships, while ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaigns and New Initiatives Planning with Strong Performance Optimization:
- Engage directly with category managers to understand their requirements and investment budgets.
- Sales Revenue Planning: Develop sales revenue plans from affiliate sources (video and livestream) based on category briefs.
- Execution: Work with in-house affiliate teams and external affiliate partners to execute the planned initiatives.
- Monitoring and Follow-Up: Track the implementation of plans with both internal teams and affiliates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and develop backup plans if targets are not being met.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and provide insights to clients based on past activities and lessons learned for future improvements.
Affiliate Recruitment & Network Expansion:
- Proactively source, assess, and recruit new partners who can bring incremental volume and first-order contribution.
- Build a strong pipeline of new KOCs / MCNs / Communities to continuously expand the growth ecosystem.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, outreach, or a similar role, with experience in MCN or influencer marketing.
- Strategic relationship development and partner nurturing.
- Cross-functional stakeholder coordination and expectation alignment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
