Job Description

Senior Admissions Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for prospective MBA and Global MBA candidates, focusing on consultative guidance, relationship building, and conversion to meet enrollment targets. This role requires a combination of program expertise, learner-centric consultative selling, and exceptional relationship management to ensure qualified candidates enroll in PSO's programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the prospective candidate pipeline, providing in-depth consultative guidance, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships throughout the admissions lifecycle and coordinating with Program/Academic teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and high yield rates.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and efficiently guiding candidates through the application, verification, financial aid, and commitment negotiation processes.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of PSO's MBA/Global MBA programs, requirements, and value proposition, and staying updated on competitor and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the CRM system and providing regular enrollment forecasts and analysis to management.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, projects, or new program assignments as required by business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is required. Master degree is preferred.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in higher education admissions, B2B/B2C sales, or consultative recruitment, preferably focusing on post-graduate or executive education (e.g., MBA). Proven track record of achieving enrollment or conversion targets.
  • Strong consultative guidance and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset and service-led approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM/Admissions systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
KPIs

Key performance indicators cover the number of qualified applications, conversion/yield rates, new enrollment volume/revenue, and candidate satisfaction scores.
