Right Now We are looking Senior Administration & Operations Officer to support our business in Vietnam.
The Senior Administration & Operations Officer play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency and compliance. This position oversees administration, finance, logistics, and regional HR support, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings 36 years of experience across these functions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support organizational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal requirements, and internal controls.
Accounting & Finance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and financial policies.
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Logistics Support
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Oversee importation & transportation activities.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support organizational needs.
Regional HR Support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding, employee relations in coordination with HR teams.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational HR standards.
External Agency Management
- Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers in legal, accounting, and HR.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, and service delivery with external agencies.
- Ensure outsourced services align with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external audits, legal consultations, and HR advisory services.
- Evaluate and recommend external partners to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
- Finance/Accounting/Tax Bachelor's degree is PLUS Poin
- Minimum 36 years of progressive experience in administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing external consultants and service providers.
- English proficiency is a must.
